They are excellent but no concierge service you need to bring the trolly yourself and carry your baggage yourself up to your room this is the worst thing they have

Staff is very, friendly and courteous upon entering the lobby they gave me feeling to be welcomed with welcome drink. I usually stayed in this hotel and I found that the rooms are newly renovated as the name matching of the hotel as Palace And not to forget, everything is clean and spacious rooms with a high speed Wifi Internet connection. The Gym and Outdoor swimming pool are well maintained with perfectly matching for all. The breakfast is good variety of choices and the location of the hotel is centre of the city easy access to everywhere. I would like to recommend this hotel of everyone and thanks to Al Waleed staffs made my stay happy and comfortable.

The location is great.the Front desk team provided the welcome drink upon arrival and fruit basket was there in my room The check in and check out was faster and well organised. The Front Desk Manager Mr. Magesh was extremely helpful thanks to his entire team to make comfortable stay. The rooms were very spacious clean and well furnished I was looking for quiet and clean accommodations and my wishes were fulfilled. Also the hand written personalised note from cleaner makes more difference They have very good Housekeeping team as well. The internet connection is Free and excellent The hotel is in centre of city which is easy to move out and taxis are available easily. highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The rooms were very cean, very spacious, very luxurious for the price, good facilities in the room. The easy access to amenities, good price location to all the nearby restaurants.

The only issue I had with room was the slow running of the Free Wi-Fi on the roms

We had a great stay at Al Waleed! the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Narayan who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the skyline. the free upgrade to a larger apartment was a nice surprise. the strong WiFi signal and convenient location made our stay even better. We also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the nearby stores for food and drinks. highly recommended, especially for families. Cons: Nothing 🙌.
